The website collects only what you type into its two forms.

• Request service form: your name, firm, email, phone, the type of paper, county, number of papers, serve-by date and any notes.
• Driver application form: your name, phone, email, county, availability and whether you hold a PERC card.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, case documents or confidential details about parties through these forms.

How we use it

We use form submissions to reply to you, quote and schedule service, and consider job applications. We do not sell this information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Submissions are delivered to us by email. The companies that host this website, deliver that email and screen the forms for automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile) process the information on our behalf to provide those services. The bot check may read technical details about your browser and connection to tell people from automated traffic.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records.

Papers we serve

This policy covers the website only. Documents we serve and the records of service are handled under our agreements with clients and the rules that govern licensed agencies in Illinois.
